Works when it wants to Strengths: Great print quality, set and forget batch printing Weaknesses: Unreliable, system errors are fairly common. Summary: Have had this printer since August 2008. It initially worked with little issue, once I got it set up (not a simple matter of auto-install, I had to substitute a .dll file that a tech emailed me). The publisher started acting up shortly after I installed the new Print write software, first with occasional coasters, then to outright failures on print jobs. I had to send the printer back for repair. Once I got it back and (once again) monkeyed with the installation, things worked fine for about 300-400 discs. Now, the Print write software returns errors when I try to start it up. The system/software seems awfullypicky, and errors seem to often be of the major variety. Reviewed by: rockdayle from Las Vegas.
